  • Contribute to strategic growth initiatives across the Texas aviation market.

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Support or lead scope development, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated aviation solutions.

  • Provide construction-phase services including RFI responses, submittal reviews, and field observations.

What You'll Bring

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas (or ability to obtain).

  • 10-15 years of progressive civil engineering experience with strong airport project involvement.

  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D.

  • Strong knowledge of FAA airfield geometry, grading and drainage design, pavement design, and utility coordination.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading proposals and business development.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in client-facing environments.
