The Team:

In U.S. Consumer Services (USCS), our product is Membership-delivering benefits and services that are essential to our Card Members across travel, dining, entertainment, and retail. We compete by providing a differentiated Membership experience that drives loyalty and long-term growth. USCS brings this to life through our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, Global Dining, U.S. Consumer Banking, Amex Offers, Amex Ads, and best-in-class marketing programs.

Accelerating growth across our Cobrand portfolios is central to our enterprise strategy-expanding customer relevance, deepening loyalty, diversifying revenue streams, and delivering sustainable top-line growth. The Cobrand organization within the U.S. Consumer Services Group leads the strategy and management of our Cobrand partner relationships and Cobranded credit card solutions, integrating product innovation, portfolio strategy, P&L management, customer experiences, and operational excellence to strengthen loyalty and enhance our competitive position.

The Delta Cobrand Product Management team is responsible for shaping and executing the long-term strategy of one of our most significant strategic partnerships. The team drives the portfolio vision, value proposition design, financial performance, and innovation-ensuring we deliver differentiated, customer-centric products that drive acquisition, increase engagement, and create mutual value for both organizations.

About the Role:

This Senior Analyst will be responsible for driving high-priority portfolio operations and partner-facing workstreams that will enable growth for the Delta Cobrand portfolio. This is a highly visible role, with responsibilities spanning across the end-to-end product management lifecycle, inclusive of program reporting, competitive insights, benefit management, invoicing, and operational risk management.

The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in strengthening operational rigor, surfacing insights that inform product decisions, and helping advance the long-term growth strategy for the portfolio. This individual will partner closely with Finance, Analytics, Control Management and Compliance teams, while supporting ongoing engagement with Delta counterparts.

This impactful role is for someone who wants to gain experience in product management and exposure to the P/L. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, comfortable operating across ambiguity, and energized by working at the intersection of product strategy, partner management, and execution. A successful candidate is someone who can connect day-to-day operational details to broader portfolio priorities, helping the team identify opportunities to improve customer experience, strengthen controls, and unlock growth.
