Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence

Job Description

As the Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence you will be key team member in the digital transformation of our supply chain data. You will act as a consultant to internal stakeholders, translating complex requirements into production-grade insights that deliver measurable business impact at scale.

Location: Philadelphia, PA or Rockville, MD

Job Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner directly with business leads to define requirements and validate the value of new data products
• BI Development: Design and maintain BI dashboards and AI insights to replace manual, spreadsheet-based processes.
• Data Visualization: Transform proven concepts into production-grade insights, providing long-term support and stakeholder value.
• Strategic Alignment: Work closely with the engineering team to ensure underlying data views are optimized for reporting and global scale.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve business processes.

Qualifications

• Power BI Mastery: Extensive experience with Power BI, including advanced DAX, Power Query, Report Center, and user-centric dashboard design
• Financial/Business Acumen: Ability to interpret financial data structures and navigate the transition from manual legacy tools to automated BI.
• Bachelor's degree (or proven successful business experience) in business administration, marketing or a related field
• 2-3 experience in analysis, and Strong ability to interact with stakeholders and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of BI projects
• Analytical Mindset: Focused on scaling proven concepts to serve many users globally.
• Learning Mindset: Open-minded and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and approaches as the BI + AI ecosystem evolves.

Benefits

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
