The Senior Analyst, Paid Social supports Kaplan's Higher Education marketing efforts by delivering clear, actionable performance analysis across paid social media campaigns. This role focuses on measurement, reporting, and insight generation as well as the paid social strategy. The analyst will heavily use campaign data to develop the strategy across multiple social platforms as well as to help inform their decision-making. The Senior Analyst, Paid Social will also be responsible for creative direction, budgeting, and testing plans.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Analyze paid social media performance across platforms with a focus on forecasting, efficiency, outcomes, and trends.
  • Knowledgeable with in-platform reporting in order to produce performance reports for executive and cross-functional audiences.
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting, dashboards, and templates to ensure consistency and clarity in performance communication.
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate data collection, alignment on KPIs, and shared understanding of results.
  • Create and manage a testing calendar including the development of testing frameworks, hypotheses, and outcomes with recommendations.
  • Assist with budget pacing and performance monitoring by providing support and visibility into spend and results.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Analytics and Marketing Technology teams regarding attribution, audience building and modeling.
  • Work closely with the implementation team on executing strategies

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on Business, Preferred
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid social campaigns
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics (Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, etc)
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to organize, trend and analyze large datasets with ease and accuracy
  • Advanced communication and writing skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; working under pressure and prioritizing workload.
  • Highly organized and capable of working independently.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.

For full-time positions, Kaplan has three Salary Grades. This position is Salary Grade B: $64,819 to $162,047. The specific compensation offered will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, and market data.
