Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Automation & Digital Transformation Senior Analyst to drive process optimization, implement automation and AI solutions, and manage project delivery across HR functions. This role requires deep expertise in documenting current state, driving process improvements, and owning the full lifecycle of automation and AI deployments—from discovery and design to technical development and execution.

This role serves as a key execution partner to the Manager of HR Digital Transformation & AI, blending process improvement, automation development, and digital project ownership to produce measurable operational impacts.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead discovery and documentation of HR processes, identify automation opportunities, and map process flows using industry-standard methodologies.

  • Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using RPA, workflow tools, and AI where appropriate.

  • Partner with HR practitioners, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency.

  • Manage and execute process improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis, KPI measurement, and change management.

  • Serve as project lead on digital transformation workstreams, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.

  • Maintain technical documentation, solution guides, and knowledge transfer materials.

  • Train and support HR team members on automation use, enhancements, and day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, HR, or related discipline preferred. Equivalent practical experience in automation development and digital transformation will be considered.

  • 3+ years experience in RPA/automation development, technical process improvement, or related HR technology delivery.

  • Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) and scripting (Python, JavaScript, etc.).

  • Strong process documentation and analytical skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through delivery.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

  • Experience with process mapping and detailed requirements documentation

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
