About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Office of Enterprise and AI Technology (OEAIT) is a high-impact team that partners directly with the President of OEAIT to drive strategy, workforce planning, enablement, and organizational transformation. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be the team's analytical engine - turning complex, large-scale datasets into clear executive narratives that help leadership make bold, informed decisions. This role sits at the intersection of technology and strategy, and the insights you generate will directly shape how OEAIT evolves its enterprise and AI capabilities.

You'll join a team that operates at the highest levels of Salesforce, where your work directly informs decisions made by senior leadership. This is an opportunity to shape how a world-class enterprise uses data and AI to evolve - and to grow your career at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and innovation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Uncover patterns and insights- Analyze large-scale Salesforce datasets to identify trends and surface the "so what" behind the numbers, delivering data-backed recommendations that drive action.

  • Build executive-ready visualizations- Design and maintain sophisticated Tableau dashboards that give employees and leaders at-a-glance clarity on business health and operational performance.

  • Communicate impact- Synthesize metrics into polished reports and presentations, translating technical findings into clear narratives that drive alignment and strategic decision-making.

  • Maintain reliable data pipelines- Build and manage connections between Salesforce systems and tools like Snowflake to ensure automated, accurate, and scalable reporting.

  • Accelerate analysis with AI - Leverage AI tools to streamline data aggregation, analysis, and reporting, staying ahead of emerging capabilities in a team focused on AI transformation.

  • Drive operational improvements- Go beyond analysis to identify process gaps, propose improvements, and act as a proactive consultant to the broader OEAIT team.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally- Partner with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders across Salesforce to ensure data integrity, usability, and alignment with organizational goals.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience analyzing large-scale datasets to drive operational impact and strategic initiatives.

  • Advanced Tableau skills, with a demonstrated ability to design complex dashboards and visualizations that make data accessible for both employees and senior executives.

  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines (e.g., connecting Snowflake or similar systems of record) to support automated, accurate, and scalable reporting.

  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to accelerate data aggregation, analysis, and reporting workflows.

  • Strong data storytelling skills - the ability to translate technical findings and complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce products and data architecture, with strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.

  • Professional certification(s) in Data Visualization or Data Analytics.

  • Experience preparing and delivering high-stakes presentations to senior leadership under tight deadlines.

  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments where priorities can shift quickly - you adapt without losing momentum.

  • A track record of partnering across diverse teams to champion data integrity and usability at scale.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best.
