Senior Application Engineer - Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensures professional and standardized Program Management for assigned projects.
• Utilizes standard processes, systems/ tools and control mechanisms to enhance and standardize Program and Launch Management
• Ensures project controlling and escalation, tracks and reports all Program KPI
• Ensure all projects for subject platform are managed to Vibracoustic APQP standard and assure milestone quality and program schedule deadlines are met.
• Coordinate cost calculation and supply chain management support for platform projects.
• Coordinate with Local and other Region Project Engineers and Launch Managers to ensure project success.
• Ensure all projects for subject platform are managed to Vibracoustic APQP standard and assure milestone quality and program schedule deadlines are met.
• Coordinate cost calculation and supply chain management support for platform projects.

Qualifications:

• University degree in a technical field preferably engineering.
• 5+ years in project/program management or product development.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager within a Tier 1 automotive supplier, overseeing program launch, APQP deliverables, customer communication, and cross-functional coordination from concept through production.
• Project Management Certification preferred.
