• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in tax due diligence, transaction structuring, and post-merger integration

OR corporate tax, Big Law environment, or federal tax background and a desire to move into M&A tax

• Proven experience planning and executing complex projects, including budget management and prioritization
• Experience supporting private equity, institutional investor, or corporate transactions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background with Big 4 Transaction Tax, Big 4 M&A Tax, Big Law Tax, or a specialized M&A advisory firm
• Experience performing tax due diligence for acquisitions, restructurings, and investments
• Ability to identify tax risks, exposures, and structuring opportunities throughout the deal lifecycle
• Cross-border transaction experience is a plus
• CPA designation preferred but not required
