Job Details
A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced senior litigator to join its growing Wilmington office at the Senior Associate or Counsel level. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned Delaware practitioner to take on a leadership role within a dynamic, nationally recognized commercial litigation practice.
The OpportunityThis role is designed for a high-performing litigator who has built a strong foundation in Delaware Court of Chancery practice and is ready for broader responsibility, including direct client management, mentoring junior associates, and playing an active role in matter strategy and execution.
What You'll Do
Lead complex commercial litigation matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery and related courtsDraft and argue dispositive motions and other high-stakes filingsTake and defend depositions with confidence and precisionParticipate in trial and trial preparationCollaborate closely with partners and serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clientsHelp develop and mentor junior associates on the team
What We're Looking For
7+ years of litigation experience, with substantial time in the Delaware Court of ChancerySuperior research and motion drafting skillsProficiency in taking and defending depositionsTrial and/or trial preparation experienceExcellent writing, communication, and analytical skillsStrong academic backgroundMust be admitted to practice in Delaware
