Role Overview The Senior Associate License Compliance Representative (SP2) is an experienced individual contributor responsible for independently managing a moderate volume of compliance leads. This role uses telemetry tools to identify potential licensing violations, engages mid-level customer contacts, supports resolution planning, and contributes to protecting Autodesk's intellectual property. Key Responsibilities • Compliance Management: Independently manage a moderate volume of compliance leads using established procedures. • Business Analysis: Utilize telemetry tools to identify patterns of non-compliance. • Customer Engagement: Communicate licensing issues, send warning letters, escalate cases. • Compliance Expertise: Demonstrate working knowledge of Autodesk licensing models. • Sales Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales teams to align messaging and share insights. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with telemetry, audit tools, or licensing analytics. • Background in software licensing or IP protection. • Exposure to SaaS or subscription business models. • Experience drafting compliance communications. • Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration with sales, legal, operations. Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $71,600 and $128,260. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
