Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION Senior Associate Recruiter- Financial Services/Banking Locations: Columbus, OH | Plano, TX | Wilmington, DE (Onsite) Pay Rate: $36/hr W2 Duration: 6 Months (Potential Extension) Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across a fast-paced financial services environment. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
  • Qualify new requisitions and ensure job descriptions align with organizational standards and requirements.
  • Lead intake meetings with hiring managers and provide guidance on recruiting processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Source, attract, and pipeline qualified candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
  • Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interview processes with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor and subject matter expert to hiring managers.
  • Conduct pre-offer discussions and manage offer negotiations.
  • Partner with HR and Compensation teams to secure offer approvals.
  • Present recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining high-quality hiring outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience in either:
    • Corporate/In-House Talent Acquisition, OR
    • Recruiting/Staffing Agency environment
  • Experience managing full lifecycle recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing and talent pipelining experience across multiple channels.
  • Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong candidate relationships and deliver a positive candidate experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience presenting recruiting updates and hiring activity to senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Financial Services industry recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting within large enterprise organizations.
  • Experience using Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
