This role offers the opportunity to advise middle-market clients, engage directly in business development, and influence firm success while enjoying flexibility and strong career growth potential.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Assurance Leadership- Proactively engage with clients to understand goals, challenges, and strategic priorities.- Design and implement audit procedures to evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements.- Oversee all fieldwork to deliver high-quality results within established timelines.- Provide financial statement insights, analysis, and business recommendations.- Manage engagement staffing, billing, collections, and profitability metrics.Business Development & Relationship Building- Use entrepreneurial skills to grow client relationships and identify new opportunities.- Build strong internal and external networks that support long-term business growth.Team Leadership & Development- Mentor and coach staff, supporting technical and professional growth through the firm’s development philosophy.- Participate in learning programs and maintain current knowledge of relevant standards and strategies.- Foster a collaborative team environment that supports work-life balance and engagement.QualificationsRequired:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; master’s or advanced degree preferred.- CPA required.- 8+ years of audit experience within a professional services environment.- 5+ years of supervisory experience with demonstrated success mentoring and developing staff.- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.- Ability to provide exceptional client service, think strategically, and manage complex engagements.- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.If you’re interested in learning more about this opportunity or would like to discuss your qualifications, please apply now.
