The engineer will engage stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions, supporting operational excellence and driving impactful outcomes within a dynamic and evolving environment.About the team:Join a collaborative team of experienced engineers, UX designers, and product managers focused on delivering innovative mobile and web solutions using open-source technologies such as React.js and React-Native. The team develops scalable, cloud-native backend services with Java and GraphQL, serving millions of users. Agile methodologies and continuous improvement drive the development process, fostering technical growth and problem-solving. Team members apply best practices in software development, testing, and DevOps to create high-quality, reliable software that meets evolving business and customer needs in a dynamic environment.What you'll do:

• Own feature and model delivery through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, testing, and ongoing support.
• Write clean, efficient code and drive full software development lifecycle including CI/CD deployments and automated testing.
• Integrate AI/ML components and leverage GenAI tools to enhance software intelligence and development efficiency.
• Assist in solution design, participate in design reviews, and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and define success metrics.
• Monitor application performance, conduct maintenance, and support defect management and debugging.
• Mentor peers, share knowledge, and promote engineering best practices for continuous improvement.

What you'll bring

• Extensive experience in software development using languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, or C++.
• Proficiency with React.js, Node.js, Git, and PostgreSQL in Agile environments.
• Strong skills in solution design, API development, and software design patterns.
• Expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring.
• Ability to lead technical design reviews and apply object-oriented programming principles.
• Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable, maintainable software systems.
