Job DetailsAs an Attorney on our team, we are looking for someone with the following experience:

• JD Degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to New Mexico Bar
• 5+ years of litigation experience
• 2+ years of experience within Business law

Required practice experience either of below bullet points we are looking for, a combination is even better!

• Experience with Securities law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and commercial leases and real estate
• Experience with Intellectual Property (trademarks, copyrights, patents)
