Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: The Back Office Supervisor leads a team of mailroom and data entry associates, overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and implement effective solutions.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle escalated issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements

Qualifications for the Back Office Supervisor:

  • Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in back office (mailroom and/or data entry) operations.
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze operational processes.
