Job Description

Senior Billing Analyst - Full-Time (40 hours per week) On Site 100% $45,000 per year

For more than 60 years, The Cumberland County Guidance Center has been a primary mental health support agency, providing compassionate, professional care for individuals and families with mental health needs in the greater Cumberland County, NJ area. As a non-profit organization, our dedicated team of professionals, including doctors, nurses, therapists, and support staff, works to diagnose and treat all types of mental illness.

What does this position look like~ As a full time employee, the Senior Billing Analyst delivers professional billing efforts for services rendered to clients paying out of pocket, have Medicaid, Medicare, and/or commercial insurance as a reimbursement source. The Senior Billing Analyst will utilize collaboration with employees, clients, and reimbursement sources, communication skills, interface with reimbursement sources,• documentation, client accounts and computer-generated reports. Act as team• leader in the absence of EHR and Billing Compliance Director. Senior Billing• Analyst should have basic knowledge of DMHAS Program and Billing• regulations.

What you need to apply~

High School Diploma required.
Must be knowledgeable and demonstrates competence in current principles ofcollections.
Must have knowledge of processing Medicaid, Medicare, andcommercial insurance claims. Must have computer experience.
Must have organizational skills.
Must possess basic accounting skills.
Must be able to communicate clearly.
Possession of a valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean five-year driving record that meets organizational standards and qualifies for insurance coverage.

A Background Check is required Clear Five year driving record/abstract with ability to be insured by organizations carrier.
