Senior Billing Coordinator (Hybrid)Location: Nashville, TN (zip code 37013)Compensation: $75,000$80,000OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Billing Coordinator to support client billing, collections, and contract administration for high-profile accounts in a fast-paced, Excel-driven environment.This role blends customer service and finance operations, with a strong focus on billing accuracy, soft collections, and maintaining strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities
- Manage billing, receivables, and collections for key clients
- Perform soft collections with a relationship-first approach
- Set up new customers and manage accounts in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Manage contracts, COIs, and billing documentation (including DocuSign workflows)
- Maintain billing schedules and revenue contracts in Revenue System and reconcile to billings
- Produce weekly unbilled/event reports and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain files and workflows in SharePoint
- Support coordination and task tracking
- 3+ years in billing, invoicing, accounting, or finance operations
- Advanced Excel skills (complex sheets, pivot tables, SUMIFS, billing models)
- Strong customer service skills with high-profile or enterprise clients
- Experience with billing schedules, AR processes, and reconciliations
- Comfortable working in manual/Excel-heavy environments
- Basic understanding of AR concepts (billing vs. revenue alignment)
