Title: Senior Business Analyst

Client: Federal Agency

Location: Hybrid – Falls Church, VA – requires 3 days in the office

Clearance: Public Trust

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; the applicant must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedule: 8 am – 5 pm

Work Day: Monday – Friday

Possible Travel

Aalis Management Consulting is seeking a DoD Senior Business Analyst to support a Federal Agency client. The analyst will perform high-level analytical work, develop stakeholder-facing deliverables, and translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis across program initiatives
Interpret datasets, identify trends, and produce analytical insights
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
Perform process modeling and workflow analysis (BPMN or equivalent)
Prepare executive-level reports, briefings, and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst supporting DoD customers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with BI tools and process modeling
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Power BI / Tableau dashboard development
Healthcare / DHA analytics experience
