IDR is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join one of our top clients in Sacramento, CA. This role involves leading efforts to gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Business Analyst:

Lead sessions with stakeholders to identify and document requirements across various business units.
Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with engineering and business teams to evaluate solution options, ensuring they align with business goals.
Produce comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, functional specifications, and user stories.
Support change management and system testing, ensuring successful adoption and validation of new processes.

Required Skills for Senior Business Analyst:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
8+ years of experience in leading requirements gathering and process improvement initiatives.
Experience with cross-functional engineering and business teams.
Proficiency in requirements management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
