We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst

Hybrid working model - Novi Sad or Belgrade Office

Job Description:

Join a high-performing team supporting a Top Tier bank. You will lead complex cross-module designs and upgrades, own critical decisions as the functional authority, and mentor junior analysts. Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure quality delivery across projects and support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex gap analysis and cross-domain designs

• Direct L3 resolution for high-impact incidents and drive permanent solutions

• Mentor junior BAs and review specifications, test assets, and release documentation

• Engage with other SCD teams and manage stakeholder relationships

• Local escalation point for incidents

Your Profile:

• 5+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar position

• Expertise in Insurance Accounting is a plus, ideally knowledge in SimCorp Dimension (or other comparable solution) functional landscape and accounting/instruments

• Excellent stakeholder management (Ops, Finance, Risk, IT)
