Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst supports data-driven decision-making by analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing effective technical and analytical solutions. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable systems, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define requirements, and support implementation of technology and analytics solutions.
• Analyze workflows, systems, and data to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Document business requirements, procedures, and system processes to ensure clear communication and alignment across teams.
• Coordinate testing efforts, including quality assurance and user acceptance testing, to ensure solutions meet project objectives.
• Track and resolve technical issues while communicating insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Support project coordination by maintaining documentation, schedules, and updates related to project milestones and deliverables.
• Promote continuous improvement by evaluating current processes and implementing enhancements that improve system performance and quality assurance.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of four years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
