With a reputation for excellence, they are committed to delivering exceptional legal representation and strategic counsel to help our clients achieve their goals.Your Role in the FirmAs a Senior Business Litigation Attorney, you will play a crucial role in managing complex litigation cases, providing strategic legal advice, and representing clients in court. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in navigating the intricacies of business-related disputes and achieving favorable outcomes for our clients.As a Senior Business Litigation Attorney, you can expect to work in a professional office environment, with occasional travel to client sites or court appearances. The position requires the ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of clients and the legal process.Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the litigation of complex business-related cases, including contract disputes and Real Estate matters- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies, leveraging your extensive knowledge of applicable laws and regulations- Represent clients in court, presenting persuasive arguments and evidence to support their positions- Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to ensure the seamless execution of litigation activities- Provide strategic guidance and legal advice to clients, helping them make informed decisions throughout the litigation process- Stay up-to-date with the latest legal developments and industry trends to maintain a competitive edgeWhat you need to bring to the table- J.D. degree from an accredited law school with Oregon Bar license- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a business litigation attorney, with a proven track record of success- Demonstrated expertise in handling complex business-related litigation cases- Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills- Thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to business litigationCompensation and BenefitsThis position offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a target pay rate of $150K+ DOE, depending upon a portable book of business.
