Job Description

Trilagen is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Identity Security and Cybersecurity team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities within the security sector. You will utilize your expertise to build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, conduct market analysis, and develop solutions that address client needs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in business development. You will play a key role in driving growth and position Trilagen as a leader in the Identity Governance space.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth in the security market.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations.
  • Utilize market intelligence and analysis to pinpoint opportunities for business expansion and client engagement.
  • Lead negotiations and ensure the smooth transition of clients from prospect to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align messaging and offerings with client demands.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to effectively position Trilagen's solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in business development or sales with a focus on cybersecurity solutions.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a cybersecurity-focused organization.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing business development strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build long-term relationships in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Over 4 years of experience collaborating with the SailPoint Enterprise Sales Teams.
  • Existing connections with Enterprise Clients
  • Demonstrated success in selling to enterprise clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong presentation style.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (such as Salesforce) and other sales tools.
  • In-depth understanding of current cybersecurity trends, technologies, and industry standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
