Who We’re Looking For
We’re in search of an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our team, bringing a strong foundation in modern BI architecture, advanced AWS services, ETL and data management, and reporting tools like QuickSight. Our ideal candidate will excel at unifying disparate data sources into a cohesive lakehouse environment while partnering cross-functionally to deliver innovative, AI-augmented, insight-driven solutions.

Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions that deliver actionable insights across the organization.
- Lead migration to and optimization of a centralized data lakehouse architecture.
- Architect and implement AWS-based data pipelines and modern reporting solutions.
- Develop advanced dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and AWS QuickSight, integrating AI capabilities to enhance analytics.
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions and align reporting with strategic goals.
- Establish best practices for data governance, quality, security, and DevOps.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in BI development and data analytics.
- Strong expertise in AWS data services (Glue, Redshift, Athena, QuickSight, DynamoDB) and lakehouse architectures.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Dataverse, SQL, and relational/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and integrating AI/ML into BI solutions.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications with strong communication skills.
- Experience with Python, R, real-time/streaming analytics, and self-service BI solutions.
- Familiarity with Git-based source control, DevOps practices, and data governance frameworks.

Compensation Package (Salary Transparency for US Based Employees)
- Salary Range: $160,000 - $210,000+
- Salary is negotiable and the range can be increased based on qualifications, certifications and experience
Other Information
- On-site presence required; remote work available at management’s discretion based on business needs.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and occasional travel to remote job sites as needed.
The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required. Salary dependent upon experience.
