Pay Range: $50/hr - $60/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise business process transformation initiatives across channel partner and broker operations.
- Facilitate process discovery workshops with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analyze current-state processes and design scalable future-state operating models.
- Create and maintain process documentation from Level 0 through Level 5.
- Develop:
- SIPOCs
- Process Maps
- Value Stream Maps
- Future-State Workflows
- Business Requirements
- Executive Recommendations
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Evaluate where AI, Microsoft Copilot, and RPA technologies can improve operational efficiency.
- Influence business leaders on future-state process design and transformation strategies.
- Support organizational change management and process adoption efforts.
- Partner with leadership teams to align operational processes with business objectives.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (Required)
- 8+ years of Business Process Transformation, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Process Reengineering experience
- Proven success leading enterprise-wide process redesign initiatives
- Strong experience documenting processes across multiple levels of detail
- Expertise in:
- Business Process Redesign
- Process Architecture
- Process Mapping
- Operational Excellence
- Continuous Improvement
- Value Stream Mapping
- SIPOCs
- Advanced stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to facilitate workshops and influence strategic decision-making
- Strong experience with Lucidchart / Lucid Suite
- Healthcare or Health Insurance industry experience
- Experience supporting payer organizations, health plans, or managed care environments
- Broker, Channel Partner, Distribution Channel, or Partner Sales Operations experience
- Understanding of:
- Channel Strategy
- Broker Operations
- Distribution Models
- Channel Conflict Management
- B2B Sales Processes
- Salesforce experience
- Consulting background supporting enterprise transformation programs
- AI & Automation Exposure Preferred
