Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the coordination of Field Real Estate projects. Document and maintain business project plans, and goals, roles and processes to clarify scope, schedule, and budget. Manage requirements, timelines, and milestone accomplishments to ensure timely execution of assigned projects and programs.
- Continually maintain a strong partnership with sites, field staff and leaders to proactively identify changes, issues, occupancy challenges and out-of-cycle requirements, and propose solutions.
- Gather information and track and analyze data as needed to prepare recommendations and summaries. Manage database and excel information to ensure accuracy of reporting. Provide support for real estate projects, portfolio strategies, and assigned programs in support of Field Real Estate.
- Post-implementation results monitoring and adjustment. Continually seek creative solutions with home office partners to provide best value solutions in support of advisors and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent.
- Relevant Experience Required - 3 to 5 years minimum
- Experience with commercial real estate property management and/or commercial real estate construction projects.
- High level skill with Excel; ability to easily learn proprietary software; foundational knowledge of construction drawings, documentation, construction symbols, and commercial office property operations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to direct team activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AAG field operations, advisors and staff.
