Leads and develops a small to mid-sized team of early‑career professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and day‑to‑day guidance to build foundational skills and accelerate career growth. Implements and operationalizes key talent and organizational development strategies, ensuring team members deliver high‑quality, end‑to‑end career and workforce programs.Oversees the design and execution of talent assessments, organizational design initiatives, leadership succession planning, performance measurement frameworks, engagement research, and workforce analytics. Partners closely with stakeholders to align programs to business objectives, while fostering a learning-focused environment that enables early‑career team members to grow into future leaders and maximize organizational return on talent investments.Position has in office expectations at either our Atlanta or Charlotte office.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. 1. Implements and establishes key elements of short-term tactical and operational plans with significant contribution towards the achievement of results for the talent management and organizational development job area.2. Manages comprehensive talent assessments and organizational design analyses.3. Guides leadership and management succession planning processes.4. Deploys performance measurement systems to monitor and enhance employee performance.5. Leads teammate engagement research and workforce planning analytics efforts.6. Collaborates with senior business partners to identify talent gaps and develop strategic solutions.7. Exercises continuous improvement of talent management processes and organizational development programs.8. Provides expert guidance on talent-related policies, compliance, and best practices.9. Leads and mentors a small to mid-sized team responsible for talent management and organizational design activities.10. Provides regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and team progress to senior management.11. Manages projects or programs, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
12. Lead and manage a full‑time team of 25–30+ analysts and provide seasonal people leadership for 20–30+ summer interns, ensuring consistent coaching, performance expectations, and a high‑quality teammate experience.
13. Set clear goals and priorities; establish team operating rhythms; monitor capacity and workload to deliver results at scale.
14. Own core people processes: hiring/onboarding, ongoing coaching, feedback, performance management, and development planning. [
15. Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to align talent strategy, program outcomes, and business needs.
