Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Technician to join our growing manufacturing team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting molding equipment and automation systems to ensure high-quality production, safety, and efficiency.What You’ll DoAs an Injection Molding Technician, you will play a critical role in keeping production running smoothly by:
  • Setting up, adjusting, and cleaning molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment
  • Monitoring and fine-tuning process parameters to maintain part quality and meet production targets
  • Performing material, mold, and product changeovers efficiently
  • Troubleshooting equipment, automation, and process issues to minimize downtime
  • Entering production, material, and inventory data into ERP and reporting systems
  • Training and supporting machine operators
  • Working with Engineering and Tool Room teams to maintain tooling and cavitation standards
  • Supporting quality investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience working with injection molding machines and automation equipment
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, process, and material issues
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production reporting
  • Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to support cross-functional communication and shift handoffs
