Job Description
Primary Skills: Strategic Planning (advanced), Change Management (advanced), Communications Development (advanced), Organizational Readiness Assessment (intermediate), Behavioral Change (intermediate) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 6+ Months Location: San Francisco, CA - 94105 (#LI - Onsite) Pay Range: $70.86/hr - $75.86/hr#LPJob Summary: This role focuses on guiding organizations through significant transformations by equipping leaders with the skills for sustainable performance. You will assess current states, identify potential challenges, and develop strategic plans to foster employee capability for embracing change. A key part of this position involves advising leadership on organizational and behavioral dynamics that are crucial for successful implementations.

Experience within or supporting a marketing organization and its associated tools is preferred.
