As a Senior Civil Engineer, you'll combine your technical expertise and leadership skills to guide projects, mentor staff, and strengthen client partnerships that make communities more sustainable, connected, and resilient.

Job Duties

Lead the planning, design, and delivery of multidisciplinary type projects. Most projects will involve public infrastructure clients. Some opportunities may involve private land development clients.
Develop a team of engineers, designers, and technical staff, fostering professional growth and accountability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal and state clients, serving as a trusted technical advisor.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, staffing, and performance to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide quality assurance and quality control oversight on design deliverables.
Collaborate on business development efforts, from identifying opportunities to developing proposals and presenting them to clients.
Collaborate with peers across offices and disciplines to share resources and strengthen technical excellence.
