Job Details

Responsibilities -

• Lead regional water and wastewater projects from planning to delivery, including treatment facilities, raw water intakes, booster pump stations, water distribution, and sanitary sewer systems.
• Serve as a “seller/doer,” developing and maintaining relationships with municipal clients and helping move projects forward.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage existing backlog and expand project opportunities.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, promoting collaboration and technical growth.
• Oversee permitting, asset management planning, and long-term water system strategies.

Qualifications -

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in water/wastewater plant design.
• Minimum of 3 years managing engineering projects and/or personnel.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
