  • Coordinate and lead testing efforts across projects while tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups to achieve common goals and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Advise stakeholders on testing risks, potential impacts, and quality considerations.

Continuous Improvement

  • Apply systems thinking, analytical skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to evaluate solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Research and learn new technologies, testing techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in the resolution of testing issues and production concerns with Product, Technology, and Business partners.
  • Promote quality-focused practices and contribute to the evolution of testing methodologies across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with software testing and quality assurance practices.
  • Experience executing and maintaining automated testing solutions.
  • Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall software development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to learn and apply complex technical and procedural information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of claims and software testing experience.
  • Experience with test automation, including regression and pipeline testing.
  • Exposure to Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Experience testing claims platforms or insurance-related applications.
  • Familiarity with both business process analysis and technical testing concepts.
  • ASTQB Foundation Testing Certification or the ability to obtain certification within six months of hire.
