Job Description
What would your role be?
Take ownership and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client’s needs in first place.
Be the go-to expert when it comes to the administration of the client’s accounts (openings, closings, cash managements, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, fiduciary deposit renews, etc.).
Use keen foresight in anticipating new risks through the accurate monitoring of risk and compliance indicators.
Guide the relationship managers in KYC related matters, support them in the organization of client meetings and in the preparation of investment proposals.
Serve as the single point of contact for all facility management-related topics, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues promptly.
Provide hands-on support for facility-related tasks, including minor repairs, furniture assembly, and equipment setup.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage office renovations, general cleaning topics, or reconfigurations.
Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry.
Fluency in English and effective communication skills. Additional languages would be an advantage.
A strong team-player and a strong interest for a high-level client service.
Good understanding of financial products and markets.
Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS office).

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000.
