Job Description

Why TrueAccord?

TrueAccord, a wholly owned subsidiary of TrueML, is a category-defining company. We combine machine learning with a human-based approach to transform debt resolution and to get people on the path towards financial health. Every year, more than 70 million Americans have negative experiences dealing with debt. We are changing this by providing personalized digital experiences that guide lenders and consumers through this challenging financial process.

With a world-class leadership team, passionate team members, and proprietary predictive models trained on years worth of transactional data, TrueAccord is well-positioned to deliver on a huge opportunity: helping millions of consumers to regain and keep their financial footing while lowering the cost of doing business for creditors across many industries.

About This Role:

As a Senior Client Manager, you will serve as the primary architect and owner of our most strategic, high-value enterprise partnerships. Joining our team as a high-level business advisor, your critical goal is to drive portfolio growth and account health across key client accounts by blending financial acumen, consultative digital collections expertise, and executive-level influence.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Strategic Account Growth: Independently manage a high-impact portfolio of key enterprise clients, partnering with Sales to uncover expansion opportunities, expand volume, and hit revenue goals.

  • Drive Data-Driven Insights: Translate complex performance metrics into strategic narratives during regular Business Reviews, partnering with Analytics to optimize multi-channel outreach strategies (email, SMS, voice).

  • Advocate & Influence: Serve as the strategic voice of the client internally, funneling operational feedback and priorities directly to Product and Engineering teams to shape our roadmap.

  • Manage Account Health & Escalations: Act as the chief point of escalation for complex client issues, building proactive risk frameworks and executive-level dashboards to track client satisfaction.

  • Guide Digital Transformation: Help enterprise partners scale their debt recovery by guiding them through the transition to digital-first collections and performance tuning.

  • Elevate Team Culture: Mentor junior Client Management team members and collaborate cross-functionally across operations to align internal priorities with client success.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced Strategic Lead: You bring professional experience across Operations, Client Management, Default Management, Risk, or Strategy within debt collection or financial services.

  • Analytical Storyteller: You excel at converting raw data into actionable business insights and strategic client recommendations.

  • Cross-Functional Orchestrator: You have a proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder business transformations and influencing outcomes without direct authority.

  • Solution-Focused Partner: You possess strong interpersonal skills, a steady professional temperament, and a "think-like-an-owner" mindset when solving complex enterprise challenges.

  • Educated Background: You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
