Job Description

About Us

At Center for Social Dynamics (CSD), we believe that every child deserves a chance to shine. We're a passionate team on a mission to open up a world of possibilities for individuals with autism and other developmental needs-through science, compassion, and a whole lot of heart.

From our very first session to each milestone we celebrate, we bring the power of play, connection, and evidence-based care to every moment. With services that are as unique as the individuals we support, we meet kids where they are-at home, in schools, and in communities-and guide them on a path toward growth.

We live our TRUE values-Transparency, Respect, Understanding, and Excellence-in everything we do. As a fast-growing leader in the field, we're known for our vibrant culture, hands-on training, and career pathways that help you grow just as much as those we serve.

At CSD, we don't just change lives-we light them up.

Launching a new clinical market takes more than great clinicians-it takes visionary leadership. As Senior Clinical Director, Emerging Markets, you will lead the clinical launch of our newest region, helping build exceptional teams and deliver the level of care families trust CSD to provide.

At Center for Social Dynamics, every breakthrough begins with strong clinical leadership. In this role, you will help bring exceptional behavioral health care to new communities by establishing the clinical standard for our emerging markets. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced BCBA who thrives in fast-moving, mission-driven environments and is energized by building something meaningful from the ground up.

As a key leader in our expansion, you will serve as the clinical anchor, community connector, and training champion for each new region. You will guide early family onboarding, develop newly hired clinicians, and build trusted relationships within the community while helping shape the future of our emerging brick-and-mortar clinics.

This is a rare opportunity to play a defining role in bringing CSD's mission to life in new markets-creating possibilities for children, strengthening families, and building the teams that will deliver life-changing breakthroughs.

  • Position starts at $100,000-$110,000 annually based on experience

  • Bonus opportunities

  • Growth & development opportunities

  • Dreams Come True program - fully funded degree program

  • PTO, health, dental, 401k
