Description

Step into an engineering firm known for meaningful coastal, marine, and water solutions, with the chance to help shape a growing Anchorage presence in a cold-region market. In this Senior Coastal Engineer opportunity, you’ll lead technical delivery, serve as a key client contact, and contribute to proposals and business development across the Pacific region.

Qualifications and responsibilities for thisSenior Coastal Engineer position include:

10+ years of coastal engineering experience in consulting, contracting, or a related environment
Licensed Professional Engineer in good standing
Experience with coastal and marine structures, erosion control, ecosystem restoration, navigation, dredging, or related infrastructure
Lead planning, design, and delivery of complex coastal and waterfront infrastructure projects
Serve as a technical lead and project manager, including schedules, budgets, deliverables, and quality control
Oversee engineering reports, construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
Support site investigations, permitting, construction-phase services, and construction oversight
Provide day-to-day client engagement and support proposals and business development in a new growth market

Salary: $130,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
