Step into a high-impact role as a Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician in Northern Bergen County, NJ, supporting a regional commercial service territory. This opportunity offers above-market hourly pay, guaranteed 40 hours per week, a take-home company vehicle, and dispatch directly from home, giving you both strong earning potential and autonomy in the field. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician position include:

10+ years of commercial HVAC experience – Perform advanced service and maintenance on large-tonnage commercial systems
Extensive experience with high-tonnage equipment – Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex commercial HVAC units
Strong service and maintenance background – Respond to commercial service calls within the designated territory
EPA Certification – Ensure compliance with all refrigerant handling regulations
Chiller experience (strongly preferred) – Service and maintain commercial chiller systems as needed
Master HVAC License (preferred) – Provide high-level technical expertise and increase overall service capabilities
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record – Travel within a 1.5-hour service radius using a company-provided vehicle
Ability to work independently at a senior level – Manage service calls efficiently while representing the company professionally

Salary: $35 - $75 per hour, commensurate with experience.
