Job DetailsPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager with 15+ years of commercial construction experience to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout. Healthcare construction experience is highly desirable. This role will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, procurement, and overall project execution.Qualifications:

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience
• Healthcare construction experience highly preferred
• Experience managing projects from $1M-$25M+
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration experience
• Experience with Procore and construction management software
• Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills
