Kingdom Roofing Systems is hiring a Senior Commercial Site Superintendent to lead commercial and multifamily roofing projects across Central Indiana.

If you have strong experience in commercial construction or low-slope roofing and are ready to take full ownership of jobsite execution, this is a high-impact leadership role with clear growth potential.

What You'll Do

Oversee multiple commercial roofing projects from start to finish
Lead and manage subcontractors and installation crews on-site
Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards
Coordinate with estimating, sales, and operations teams
Identify and solve jobsite issues quickly to avoid delays
Conduct final inspections and project closeouts
Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams
Enforce OSHA and safety compliance on all job sites

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in commercial construction or roofing
2+ years in a leadership role (foreman, supervisor, superintendent)
Experience managing multiple projects and crews at once
Strong knowledge of low-slope or commercial roofing systems
Ability to lead teams, hold accountability, and solve problems fast
Strong organizational and communication skills
Valid driver's license
Comfortable working in the field, including heights and weather conditions
