Job Description:Senior Compliance Analyst
In this role, you will serve as one point of contact for application access, ensure corporate business licenses are renewed timely, and work with Compliance team managers to update or create compliance trainings
Your responsibilities include but may not be limited to
- Distribute and track completion of compliance trainings
- Monitor, report and advise on interpretation and implementation of federal and state regulations with impact to third party administration, record keeping services and life insurance products
- Advise cross-functional teams on compliance with contractual obligations
- Support third-party and client audits and assessments
- Support compliance investigations and remediations
- Develop metrics to capture and report compliance program efforts to senior leadership
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- Minimum of 6 years of compliance experience in financial services or technology administration services
Preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
