As a Compliance Specialist, you'll help protect our patients, providers, and organization by supporting compliance programs, investigating concerns, maintaining policies, and ensuring we're always meeting the highest standards. From managing HIPAA-related processes to supporting audits and regulatory initiatives, you'll play a key role in keeping our health system running with integrity.

What You'll Do
- Support organization-wide compliance initiatives and regulatory programs
- Investigate HIPAA privacy and compliance concerns and document findings
- Coordinate audits, monitoring activities, and responses to regulatory requests
- Maintain and update compliance policies, procedures, and documentation
- Manage the department's compliance inbox, hotline, and correspondence
- Track compliance metrics and prepare reports for leadership and compliance committees
- Research new healthcare regulations and industry best practices
- Develop and deliver compliance education and training for team members
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization to promote a culture of integrity and accountability

Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, compliance, or a related field
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare compliance or health law
- Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare regulations, auditing, and compliance program management
