Senior Construction Estimator

Expected Base Pay - $125,000 - $145,000

Highly Respected General Contractorwith a backlog of medical / healthcare / commercial builds in major markets throughout the US is seeking to add a Senior Estimator to its' operations at Headquarters in Nashville, TN.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction estimating, large project management, and cost control. If you have a passion for negotiating contracts, pricing projects, and ensuring accurate estimates, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry- Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques- Proficiency in Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or similar estimating software- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
