Job Description
Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.
We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.
We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.
If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.
About the Role
Crusoe is building large-scale, mission-critical AI data center campuses across the U.S., delivering the infrastructure that powers the next generation of AI and high-performance computing. As we expand into larger, multi-phase campuses, we are seeking a Senior Construction Manager focused on Site, Utilities, and Outside Plant (OSP) to lead critical early-stage and campus-wide infrastructure execution.
This role is responsible for campus-level site coordination, including utilities, duct banks, medium-voltage infrastructure, and OSP scope (ISP excluded). You will work closely with general contractors, civil and utility trade partners, designers, and internal engineering teams to ensure site infrastructure is delivered safely, on schedule, and ready to support vertical construction and long-term operations.
This is a highly visible, execution-heavy role suited for seasoned construction leaders with strong site, civil, and utilities experience — including those coming from a GC background.

Lead campus-level site and utilities construction, including civil works, duct banks, underground utilities, and MV infrastructure
Own OSP coordination across the campus (ISP scope explicitly excluded from this role)
Coordinate site readiness to support structural and vertical construction phases
Manage multiple contractors and utility partners across overlapping scopes
Drive field execution, resolve constructability issues, and enforce safety and quality standards
Own schedules, sequencing, and critical-path planning related to site and utility delivery
Coordinate closely with design, engineering, power, and commissioning teams
Oversee permitting, inspections, and jurisdictional coordination related to site and utilities
Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and schedule impacts to leadership
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience delivering large-scale industrial, infrastructure, or data center projects
Strong experience in site, civil, utilities, and OSP scopes
General Contractor (GC) background is acceptable and valued
Solid understanding of underground utilities, duct banks, and MV coordination
Strong scheduling and project controls experience (Procore, Primavera/MS Project, Bluebeam)
Hands-on leadership style with strong cross-functional communication skills
Willingness to be site-based with travel up to ~30%
Bonus Points
Data center or mission-critical campus experience
Led large, multi-phase site or infrastructure programs
Deep familiarity with power delivery coordination
