Description

An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Construction Project Manager in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with a commercial construction firm specializing in multi-state chain store projects from concept through completion. This is a great opportunity for an experienced project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects at once, and wants to work closely with clients, superintendents, and subcontractors while being based out of a corporate office in Broward County.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Project Manager position include:

Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
Strong background with chain store construction projects
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different states
Must be comfortable traveling frequently to job sites for meetings with clients, superintendents, and subcontractors
Ideally located in Broward County, FL, with the ability to work from the corporate office in Fort Lauderdale
Procore experience is ideal
Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills
Ability to oversee project schedules, subcontractors, client expectations, and overall project execution

Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
