Dynatrace), Incident management, Change managementManage Day to Day ops activities for the CSO suite of apps System upgrades, DB patching, Cert renewal, Triaging of Incidents and bring to closure.Own uptime, SLAs, and operational KPIsLead incident management and executive communicationDrive automation and AI implementation strategyManage budgets, vendor relationships, and staffingPartner with Security, Engineering, and Architecture teamsEnsure compliance with SOX, PCI, ISO, and internal auditsBuild training plans for the teamIAM/ILM domain knowledge is plusManage stakeholders at the level AVPs for program execution and growth opportunitiesMulti-Stack IAM Application Support- Own operations across heterogeneous platforms including Windows Stack: IIS, ASP.NET (C#/VB.NET), PowerShell, Batch scripting, Linux Stack: Perl, Shell scripting, Apache, Tomcat, Middleware: IBM WAS, Apache, Tomcat, Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 (SQL/PL-SQL), IAM Platforms: IBM TIM, ISVG, ISVA, LDAP services.Drive resolution of cross-stack dependencies and integration issuesIAM Platform Operations & Security Oversee IAM application operations involving Authentication / Authorization services and LDAP integrations and user lifecycle flows Manage IAM platform components (ISAM/ISVA, LDAP directories) Ensure adherence to Security policies, Access governance standards, Audit/compliance requirementsInterview mode- In person/Virtual Virtual.How many rounds of interview 2 to 3 rounds
