Role: Senior Consultant HCMLocation:-Ofallon, MO(Dayone Onsite)Detailed JD:-We are seeking a highly skilledSenior Consultantwith strong expertise in enterprise integration platforms such asWorkday Integration, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar middleware solutions . The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable integration solutions across enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and business process automation. Key ResponsibilitiesIntegration DesignDevelopmentDesign and implement end-to-end integration solutions using platforms such asWorkday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Boomi AtomSphere, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform , or equivalent.Develop and maintainAPIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and data transformation pipelines .Create reusable integration components, frameworks, and best practices.Solution ArchitectureCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to defineintegration architectures and strategies .Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance integration designs aligned with enterprise standards. Lead solution design workshops and provide guidance on middleware adoption.ImplementationDeliveryLead or contribute tofull lifecycle implementationsincluding requirement gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment.Configure and deploy integrations acrossHR, Finance, Payroll, CRM, and other enterprise systems .Ensure integrations meetSLAs, compliance, and governance requirements .APIMiddleware ManagementDesign and manageAPI-led connectivity frameworks .Implement API governance, versioning, and lifecycle management. Monitor and troubleshoot integrations using platform tools and logging frameworks.TestingQuality AssuranceDevelop and executeunit, integration, and UAT test cases .Perform data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning.Ensure adherence todata security, GDPR/SOX compliance standardswhere applicable. Stakeholder EngagementWork closely withclients, project managers, and cross-functional teams .Provide status reporting, risk mitigation strategies, and technical documentation.Support pre-sales, proposals, and solution estimations when required.Required SkillsQualificationsTechnical SkillsHands-on experience withat least one major integration platform :Workday Integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI)Dell Boomi (process design, connectors, API management)MuleSoft (Anypoint Studio, API Manager, DataWeave)Strong knowledge of: XML, JSON, XSLTREST/SOAP APIsMiddleware architecture patterns (ESB, iPaaS)Experience withdata transformation, orchestration, and error handling frameworks .Familiarity withcloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)is a plus.Domain KnowledgeExperience integrating enterprise systems such as:HCM systems (Workday, SuccessFactors)ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)CRM systems (Salesforce)Understanding ofbusiness processes across HR, Finance, Payroll, or Supply Chain .
