What your new challenge will look like
Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain consulting engagements across industries.
Analyze client operations, identify inefficiencies, and develop actionable recommendations.
Design and implement solutions in areas such as supply chain strategy and network design, demand planning and inventory optimization, Transportation and logistics optimization, intralogistics and production, etc.
Translate business requirements into analytical models and tools.
Present insights and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development.
Support business development efforts, including proposal creation and client presentations.
Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Why you belong at 4flow
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, industrial engineering, logistics or supply chain management
5+ years of relevant practical experience in supply chain consulting
Experience in transportation, network design and optimization preferred
Strong analytical and conceptual skills and ability to communicate effectively with client customers at all organizational levels
Enjoy challenging project work and collaboration with fellow team members and clients
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel up to 80% during client engagements.
Legally allowed to work in the U.S. (no relocation or sponsorship available)
