Job Title: Controls Engineer (Rockwell Automation)Location: Jonesboro, Arkansas (Onsite)

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Controls Engineer with strong expertise in Rockwell Automation to support manufacturing and automation initiatives in a high-volume production environment. This role involves designing, programming, and optimizing control systems to improve efficiency, reliability, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement control systems using Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix)
Develop and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs (Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View)
Troubleshoot and resolve automation and control system issues to minimize downtime
Optimize system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams on plant-floor automation

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in industrial automation and controls engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation platforms
Experience in HMI/SCADA development and troubleshooting
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, etc.)
Experience in CPG/FMCG or high-speed manufacturing environments preferred.
