Job Description

Regeneron is looking for an outstanding Senior Corporate Compliance Coordinator to join our Risk Navigation and Advisory Services team within Corporate Compliance, reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Compliance, in an on-site work model. In this role, you will provide day-to-day operational and administrative support and contribute substantively to project-based compliance initiatives, working closely with colleagues across Corporate Compliance.

Discover your role:

  • Maintaining and administering compliance documentation, records, and tracking systems.
  • Proofreading and quality-reviewing guidance documents, standard operating procedures, communications, and other formal materials.
  • Crafting high-quality presentations, communications, and visual materials to support compliance training, leadership updates, and client communications.
  • Analyzing data and maintaining compliance metrics to inform communications, training, and monitoring efforts.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of compliance-related events, including live training and National Meetings.
  • Responding to routine internal inquiries related to compliance policies and escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Supporting special projects assigned by management in support of Corporate Compliance objectives.
  • Researching and evaluating approved AI and automation tools to improve compliance workflows, documentation, and analytical capabilities.

This role requires:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 0-2 years of relevant professional experience; prior internship or coursework in compliance, legal, regulatory, or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on Word (templates, formatting), Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas), and PowerPoint (design, presentation development).
  • Proven knowledge of and hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or comparable platforms), and an eagerness to explore new AI applications in a business setting.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and prepare clear, professional materials for diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable engaging with colleagues across levels of the organization in an in-person office environment.
