Job Description
Major, top-tier law firm seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Senior-level Corporate Paralegal for its California offices. Qualified candidates will have at least 10 years of solid corporate transactional experience in a large firm including but not limited to drafting and managing corporate documents, due diligence, UCC searches, filings, closings and post-closing processes, stock certificates and ledgers, SEC, and other duties and special projects as needed. Paralegal may assist with complex transactional matters related to a variety of practice areas from technology to private equity to mergers & acquisitions to the finance and capital markets. Qualified candidates will have a 4-year college degree and an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate. This role will require strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills, precise attention to detail, and the ability to work overtime as needed. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, iManage, AI tools, Carta, and DocuSign required. Notary Certification is also desired. Salary range is $150K–200K, depending on experience, qualifications and skills. Interested applicants must be in a commutable distance to Los Angeles, Orange County or the San Francisco Bay Area.
